A good result moving in the right direction. But Mumbly is quite right - cash matters most. Cash decreased by $3 this quarter and that's after the first receipt of the $10m. Hopefully the next quarter or two will get cash flow positive (before the $20m expected receipt. The AISC doesn't always tell the right story.
