HMI aren't really a labour hire business in the traditional sense. The vast majority of their positions are white collar & they are focused on specific WA high value industries.
HMI are also moving more towards high margin permanent positions. Hence the GM margin improvement over the last year or so.
The original Hiremii business was labour hire with AI development, Inverse wasn't & they make the bulk of the business now.
