I'm personally treating SER as a term deposit especially at this level - there's a lot of news to come and no doubt that the SP will rerate at some point. Just needs one of the many projects to hit something good. The better the result the more drastic the rerate.

when Ionic split from SER, 20% extra Ionic shares were issued and these are the 87m shares own

one expects SER will start selling the Ionic shares as soon as Ionic list in Toronto - this will help pay for director fees
