Have a look on the ASX web site (search for CL8) there is a nice graph showing revenue and net profit for the last four years. Note that the numbers are in millions $'s. The numbers are per year, not cumulative!
Then have a a look on marketindex (also search for CL8) there is a list of directors and how long they have been in the role the CEO has been there for nearly 9 1/2 years.
They appear to be very good at raising capital, keeping the business operating and are prepared to change tack if the business isn't working but, whilst there has been an improvement in the loss rate, they haven't cracked a winner yet. Big question's are, what sort of size does the business need to grow to before it is profitable? How long will this take? What sort of fund raising is required to keep it alive until that happens? As a shareholder (or potential shareholder) are you prepared to assist in those payments and can you hang on until the business is profitable?
A good investment is one that gives a positive return to the investor. Be it financial or just a warm and fuzzy feeling. YMMV
