When you say 'decline', I guess you mean a seasonal decline for that year, as it seems every single quarter has grown in volume against it's sister quarter in the previous years. So yes, less sold in cooler months, but overall product sales increasing and increasing.

As the International Hyperhidrosis Society point out that their survey showed 35% of patients reported suffering less hyperhidrosis in cooler months, I'd expect some seasonal drop off myself. How that impacts the annual number of scripts is less important to me. Growth is growth.
