There is no PQF.
It was only 3 October when they made the decision to tell us they ahd made the decision to locate it near Perth
Today they told us that "PQF expected to be commissioned during the first quarter of FY2024"
Given Q1 FY2024 is 4 months in the past (July-Sep 2023).
That is at least 2 months before the date of selecting the site
No wonder they won't release a program/timeline - they can't
