Yes - that’s right - a jV with a Chinese company is very different than being half owned by a Chinese company .
I think with SRZ and MLX , 1 plus .1 equals more than one point one .
two key realities 1 - resource needs drilling to move more to reserves and ideally grow - SRZ doesn’t have capital 2 for Mlx - they acquire a good resource than can be drilled out easily and can be mined with no capex . Last estimate was 57m now probably 75m . So the economics of the project as much more favourable without the need to build a mine
the proximity makes it a no brainier IMHO
whether it’s MLX or someone else - -SRz needs capital to move forward , not via a desk stop study recasting NPVs but in a real sense , to get it mine ready so the tin can be dug out and sold as market enters supply shortage
