1. Nobody will care (Prudent)
2. Capital expenditure is actually decreasing, not increasing on a net basis with the same production output.
3. Why would they buyback shares now when they can increase their production capacity and continue to generate cash now? No sense buying back when you have organic growth options.
4. We have over 400mt, there is going to be no shortgage of opportunities to sell our product. Not selling when you a generating cash is a ridiculous propostion.
5. Balance sheet remains strong, nobody though it was above 3bil.

Im glad you aren't running the company. It would be uninvestable if you were.
