All reasonably good news.
This must be the most over analyzed, over documented project ever !
When this project finally gets off the ground it will be a pretty disappointing if it doesn't meet budget and schedule.
Lets hope for a better than 2026 completion.
Yes... I acknowledge that the US is a black hole for approvals and multiple stakeholders but the BoD has had more than enough time to get this right.
