although it is possible (your timeline prediction) it’s very unlikely.
back in 2018 there was still so much to accomplish & the weed hadn’t done it’s damage yet.
I believe we are at the end of a marathon and sure may still be some obstacles to overcome however I believe ROD 2nd H & even If the greenies want to delay in courts it will be dismissed promptly.
Remember we are the one with Gov backing (DOE) they want this so just letting it run it’s course.
