I have sent one email to the company and now are waiting for response.
I think I have already found the answer by reading the announcements. They have optimized the mine design which will not only reduce the strip ratio by 36%, but also will add 8K ounces gold to be produced. I guess that's what the $14 million is used for and all these upfront costs will be paid for in the next coming 2 years.
