This is a bigger and more complicated system than Sentia. It also cannot be used at the barrel by people with minimal training. The consumables are also relatively more expensive with limited shelf life and a small temperature storage range. They would make sense for a large winery with high throughput but not so much for mid to boutique operations. Sentia comparative accuracy and precision seem satisfactory for the common tests as noted in some of the testimonials and winemaker forum comments I have read.
These are the reasons that make me think it will gain market share in the broader wine making market.
