They would tell shareholders if sales were good or in line with the proposed trajection for profitability, like the earlier statement of selling $1M worth on the first release at Best Buy (which seems to have petered out). HP was a white horse once whereas Realtek have supported Nuheara only by investing in shares, one such tranche setting up potential ownership of the company through debt. The latter would be a deterrent for any new white horse unless that debt/priority credit rating can be cleared.
