You haven't been in the lithium game long have you? Have a look at PLSs recoveries in the past. All projects have ramp up issues, but CXOs will be compounded by how quickly they got it online. They will eventually get there. Their recoveries are heading north and are around 50%ish now from memory. Anyway this is off topic. They all said the same thing about PLS.
