Who will bear the cost of faster more widespread infrastucture?
Oil companies were clearly motivated to construct petrol outlets.
Who has the motive, financial strength and foresight to make faster EV growth happen?
Ultimately user pays (oil companies and miners are not charities)
What will it take to speed progress and how will it be funded ?
(In densely and sparsely populated places)
This is critical for PLS and its future prosperity
