I think i can understand why the DFS would be delayed?
Maybe because this is totally new for the area, this is farming land and there is no infrastructure at all to support mining etc.
everything is to do with agriculture. the only motel in Katanning was bought buy the abattoir to house their workers.
So that why they got to look at building something but then they got to find someone to do it. all those skills and trades etc. are scarce out here.
The tenement crosses 4 or 5 shires so have to deal with all of them and then the farmers whos land they on well the all been on their 6 week holidays lately.
I read it as they have made plenty of progress.
Might buy back in.
