so you paid no interest on the loans and required no maintenance, upkeep, land taxes haha. Ok last time for I will explain to it to you gold= money=utility. Gold miners = investment ( Ie - where the investor seeks, yield return- Ie when the money works hard for a dividend/return. Don’t confuse the two as they are very different. Naturally the gold miners benefit with the appreciation of the gold price - which is certain to to happen in the long term.
