Yes Skol real estate is a great investment but interest bearing investments aren't as you are taxed on the interest and the int rate doesn't keep up with inflation. With your real estate investments I would image you have insurance and that's what gold is because as day turns to night you can guarantee the polies will print fiat currency until the destruction of individual currencies which generally last 100 years.
