Looking like good value at this price. RIO with the option to convert their options at 53.5c on 14 July and take their holding to 19.9%. Don't think they will be mucking around with a project of this potential. I would expect things to be accelerating. The Malawi Govt would also be keen to see this progress quickly and generate earnings.
