You hit the nail on the head, wb has come in and turned the company into making a profit, not only one quarter but has proved it over a few. Now the time is to improve, expand and increase reserves and they are doing this with adding cash to a reasonable piggy bank. Workers being paid more incentive can only be a good thing with moral and productivity.
Companies expanding and growing is not a bad thing to pay your workers more.
Growth has been all part of a the change in management and doesn't take place over night. Wb seems to have a plan from the start and looks to be doing a superb job as far.
