Had a bit of a look at the H1 results with a view to forecast what H2 roughly looks like.
First: Volumes were slightly below par in H1 due to the heavy rains. Assuming thats sorted now and group achieves the guidance the volume for H2 should be higher than H1.
Second: Prices across the 3 main commodities are on a tear. Several points higher from H1 especially copper and silver.
Volume * Price :- I am hoping H2 will be a massive catalyst for SFR. Most of the net debt will be wiped off by the end of FY25 even if that was not the targeted outcome.
With Q3 about to close in few days - with copper where it is (@5.12) no wonder the stock is touching new highs. SFR is in good heath.
