Well there is a lot to take in from that report. Probably the most detail in a quarterly I’ve read for a while.

I think q4 was pretty solid really. Great to see a good quarter for production through all the turmoil and Xmas season.

Overall for the year it was below guidance but that was to be expected given the flooding of the pit at Mako.

Although we are yet to hear the conference call I feel like there is a real push to bring online another mine and also extend Mako. I like the fact that what I read seems very transparent and makes a lot of sense. By spending money on exploration and bringing another mine on line quicker you mitigate the risks associated with Syama. Syama still looks like it should make ~ 800-1000 US and oz - which is still awesome really.
Good to see Mako should tick over till 27 with existing ore, which should generate a good profit given no new mining.
Would be good if they can get a new resource online by then and looks like that is the plan.

So all in all I don’t mind what I read as I think it provides assurances for both near term and a longer term future for the company.
Lots of upside from here and given the extent of the drop in the share price from last year we might be due for a change in direction this year.
