    Just my opinion, but growth has been pretty stagnant... partly because Greg Bader wasn’t really innovating or putting in the effort.

    Now that Jan’s officially on board, things might pick up. He’d only start making real moves once his tenure began, so at least there’s some baseline for improvement. Idk about you guys, but I can totally see why he wanted to pause the onboarding… hahaha.
