Migthtyquin, I was thinking exactly the same thing. Unbelievable that Twiggy has been chased and beaten by ASIC when what he did was actually in the interest of shareholders, while Mark Smythe and co repeatedly lied to intentionally deceive shareholders out of their funds.

Twiggy mislead the market and that deserves to be punished, but if ASIC are representing share investors, as is their only responsibility, then I would prefer they protect me from those directos seeking to steal my money, rather than those whose mistakes benefit their shareholders.
