They invoice ~$150k as a once-off from the Spark deal. Monthly run rate is typically $20k-$25k.

Admittedly they stopped marketing their flagship App WV (which SensorTower has pegged at ~$10k AUD ( for November).

December is typically the busiest time of year for consumer spending and January the lowest. Remove the Spark Once-off, and tell me what you expect going forward?

Your closest competitor UNL will double or triple your revenue this Q and have a MC of ~$1.2m. UNL will not need to raise capital next month to survive!

Another listed competitor FRX will generate more revenue in December 2018 than the entire the Spark contract's entire "estimated" revenue will over the "estimated" 4 year term. They are cash flow positive have $2m at bank and have an EV of ~$10m.

It is nigh on impossible to raise capital at the moment. SYT (who similarly do work embedding with carrier's) have just gone through a brutal CR. Raising at a massive discount and like NOR, barely got half the funding sought.

It's not a fun time to be cash poor, and this is being reflected in the valuations of the paupers.

And yet, because holders are paralysed NOR's SP is still 0.4c!! (Note the omission of only)
