    I think that last announcement management were hoping for price to pump to 3 cents maybe. Considering people are reading straight through it, mgmt trying to hold off maybe for next results. A raise here would have to be at a discount say 20% at 1.6 cents. Gonna dilute the hell out of this one IMO

    just very unattractive atm, especially the progress by mgmt,
