The dude you're referring to, I think we all know who it is.
I personally don't believe he was trolling or up to no good. Just think he was in denial that a person of his ilk, background could be had. It happens though and sometimes to the best of us.
He put his money where his mouth was and that passes the highest scrutiny. One million dollars is a lot to lose ! ! He knows now and that's why he's moved on.
Sadly our management badly fail in this regard ! !
Kiddle being gifted 10 million shares before he had produced anything for shareholder's..........what were we all thinking ?
