imo It doesn't matter when an offtake agreement is signed because there are clauses in Contracts that move with Pricing up or down.
Experience now would allow for Contracts to be fair and just for the duration of it. Especially if you stay clear of the Chinese.

If the SDV product is so good and demand is strong why has there been no agreements in place for the Product. Other Companies are signing agreements. One agreement for SDV and the Share price will catch upto reality.

I know its history now but something wasn't right imo with the previous Management of GXY.

Whatever happened to Tse. They all acted like they were kings of the world for a time there.
Promised the World at times but delivered nothing. imo
They certainly didn't give 2 Fs about us mere mortal shareholders. imo

Here we are at AKE and all I see is Toyota being a handbrake on us. When will they release the handbrake.!

FFS we should be the envy of the Lithium World with Toyota on our side? One boom announcement from Toyota and its easy street for us all.
When do we get it?

Anyway I maybe jumping the gun here and all will fall into place but I was due for a rant. lol

Well, actually it does if there is additional investment along with the offtake agreement.. i.e. to help progress the project development from a CAPEX point of view.

IMO, I believe this is the reason GXY didn't progress with an agreement with GF as they didn't acknowledge the underlying value of the asset and JL got his knickers in a twist and started hating on GXY.. That decision is now looking very prudent indeed and I for one am pretty happy with the position we're now in..

All good things come to those who wait..
