    After I spoke to them on the phone the company assured me they had no liabilities for IBOA. It is self funded and managed and responsible for paying any debts/getting finance whilst NOV retains around 90% stake in the bank. If true, then this is one drain on finances we don't need to worry about and is still a possible income generator down the track. IMO
