I'm with you on the Arbitration, I think only assuming shares and man fee cancellation is responsible. We just have no idea about the details of how any cash could be recovered. We also don't really know the extent to which the Arb has leverage over Somboon. Rough figures would suggest, that if he and his sons own Paramax, Winsor and Galaxy + the major junkets from DSV, the trio have already replaced the earnings they lost from sale of Star Vegas, + the USD240m paid to them. It's been a fantastic business deal for them, and to really put the icing on the cake, they even have a judgement to get Star Vegas back fir USD30m, incredible.
