It's a disaster
The product I don't think is wanted by the target market/businesses
Too complex, too clunky and little benefit over the most basic of loyalty programs (eg buy five coffees get one free)
Can print plenty of tickets and buy lots of stamps for the fees you would pay rewardle and the cutstomer loyalty/return factor is probably just as good if not better.
The product is too big for the small business and the bigger businesses have the resources to do their own.
Unless something amazing happens they'll keep burning cash on a never ending development phase whilst revenue never materialises.
I'm not holding my breath.....
