I think in the AGM Video RT quite frankly acknowledges there will be more permitting dust ups before the go ahead is given.

I do agree with you on the Talley's Group and I do have concerns about control. But the whole poison pill aspect on balance is a slight positive.
I think you also have to consider the Escarpment and balance with the risk of permitting but the huge positive of 100% ownership. I bet people and the markets would have much preferred we found an extra $80million 2 years ago to achieve 100% ownership of Stockton
