I remember the old Bathurst gained council approval for something approaching 100 truck loads up and down the the road to the plateau. It was from memory an interim thing until the aerial bucket system got sorted.
Having driven this road in Nov I couldn't think of anything more harrowing. There are many reasons to view the evaporated need to replicate the stockton infrastructure.
Xman is right about 1 thing however; we don't really understand the cost that Talleys will impose for use of the infrastructure.
