Ok got it now. I'm thinking yes they would need our vote. Taurus couldn't vote or directors or anyone that has a controlling intrest in foxleigh as they can't put us small holders at a disadvantage.
I'm sure the corporation act has laws to protect us holders.
What I find very unfair, that management & Taurus are making money while we are stuck in suspension.
We can not benefit from the transaction like management & Taurus.
Not happy, seeing you got that email after the announcement from ASX after the company announced 4th Quarterly I'm extremely pissed off to see ASX say that RRP management haven't submitted anything to this date to get us back trading.
