Good point SuperG. I have contacted the coy and they are on to it. HOWEVER, We shouldn't have to do that, but with all the growth and the cost cutting, some things are being missed.
Also, I ordered 2 clean lights on Black Friday that had a mid Jan delivery. I am sure other did too. They still have not arrived. I have informed the coy of their need to communicate with customers on shipping delays.

There is no question there remain wheels that need to be greased, but the core of the business is now in place.
