Crazy, in the past you have written about several options that you saw that could solve what you describe as the "burn" issue. These include opening a bricks and mortar store to put the majority of sales through and you offered to run it yourself for about 60 or 65K per year if I remember correctly. You also recently highlighted that DM should focus on having "a solid fulltime crew" and supplement them with casuals and said this was a "big one" in terms of turning the business around. As I was interested in your analytical focus I asked, and you kindly explained that whereas you might need 7 forklift drivers at Christmas but only 2 during the balance of the year.
We are all different and come from different backgrounds and it is good to understand each other's perspective and, like what you did with clarifying the forklift example, could you let me know your experience with margins?
