yes that also would work. we need a TO price to just burn the shorts.. look at bal from $20 to $3 and moved it way up with a TO at $13 it was in the top 10 most shorted stocks and the TO burnt them..watch the panic if we have a 90c TO Australia super wouldn't take that so they would be forced to push it higher
