Another interesting stat from the quarterly report. China anode production increased 94% in 2022 versus 2021 while at the same time PHEV's increased by 57%. Which means a combination of 3 things:
1/ battery supply to the BESS market increased
2/ there were more BEV's produced as a percentage of PHEV's
3/ average battery size in BEV's increased. For example, the average battery size in a Model 3 is 62 KWh while the Model Y is 75 KWh.
