Yes they are currently producing close to the 1100bopd maximum even with one well offline, hence Bunian-5 flow being constrained....plenty of upside there once upgrades are complete. I recall reading somewhere that the upgrades would incorporate the ability to expidite processing higher water producing wells, although that could've been in relation to the upcoming pilot well. It could simply come down to the current facilities size constraints in regards to logistics ie, production, loading, transportation....sounds as though it's just a matter of expansion and then increasing the flow from Bunian-5 to hit the 1400bopd target, which by all means looks fairly certain. I think once they have this revenue rolling in a further well will be drilled into the Bunian structure adding significant upside to production.
