Not saying this is the best method or correct, but if I was in management's shoes, I would wait to announcement the sales contract closer to the time when mining/shipping is to resume. Announcing all the positive information in a tighter period and requesting an analyst at a company which previously covered the stock (such as Shaw & Partners) to reissue a broker report should ensure that there is more exposure for when things get going.
I believe half the battle with MMI's share price is that its been flying under the radar and therefore buy side demand has been rather weak.
Just my opinion as to why there is silence in regards to new sales contracts for the moment despite there being apparent confidence in the quarterly report and financial statements.
