It is a simple minimum development play available across an increasing sector base, they even allocated $1.35m? for commencement prior the pump, don't know what happened there, but was never mentioned again.
Works similar to a reselling market-place snd its generally successful across most sectors, mobile, energy systems, retail sales, etc. Not to mention transportable across borders (supplier led) and minimal $ start up required.
When they first took ICU forward that was the plan- 2019/2020.
With that pump we could've been so progressive. Still could be I guess.

Pretty easy to see where the funds are being spent in my book. Doesnt appear idsb requires more than director time as its just an investment in real terms- see mondys take above.
Oh well, they could turn the clock back as plan B?
