I decreased my weight in TSV several months ago by 40% to take up other opportunities. After that announcement, which outlines free carry position, contains an upbeat assessment of resolving water issues and shows low cash burn I am tempted to re-establish my full position. Like others, though, I would really like a fixed time line. Then again, if they had a fixed time line saying that drilling will begin in, say, June is would be more expensive (say 2 cents). Will be watching this one a little more closely in coming weeks to see any signs of life.
