    Convinced the SP is being "held in check" - anytime it wants to work its way up, small sells are dribbled back in at lower prices to sate any demand.

    Of course if the demand was bigger, this wouldn't be possible.

    But are any big buyers just sitting back waiting for the US CR to get a significant holding?
