Hi Redmenz,
At the end of the day, the President of Tanzania, rule's the people of Tanzania.
He can agree on anything he choose's and their fore tell the parliament to sign the ML.
Just think about it, with the Presidential election, happening in 2020.
It would be in his best interest, to say to the world, Tanzania is OPEN for business.
That is if he what's to be a President, for another 4 years.
IMHO.
