We will have $1.5m in cash on 30 June and there should be minimal expenditure next quarter (only scoping of DFS) so hopefully the sale goes through in Q3 and provides a nice cash injection to minimize/avoid a CR at the back end of the year.
I'm guessing the name change will happen following the AGM.
