1) sell star vegas back to Somboon
2) sell star vegas to a high profile Cambodian politician, who can sheet on Somboon
3) sell star vegas to a chinese mafia junket such as Suncity, with connection to Chinese government.
basically, just SELL and get the hell out of Cambodia.
