my understanding is that the initial case was won by ppk. And costs of the suit (80%?) were to be paid by plaintiff but that has been contested. If ppk win this round then plaintiff must pay up a couple of million $ to cover our legal fees. If we lose then we don’t recover costs.
that’s my understanding but please correct me if I’m wrong! I struggle to understand all the legal mumbo jumbo. Anybody with a better understanding or memory, please jump in.
