Flynn can appeal. Any appeal must generally be filed within 28 days of the judgment date.
Personally i think Flynn got screwed here. As for whether Flynn was screwed legally (ie whether he has reasonable appeal prospects) I have no idea. If he does then I think he will definitely appeal. He’s shown he’s willing to fight this, why would he stop now, when all it would take to get the final damages award checked is one further roll of the dice?
