I think the outcome was low for him as the judge likely weighed up a few things. She thought that PPK BOD did stitch him up a little but there was evidence both sides to say the revenue wasn't and was there. She made a 50/50 call but then awarded the minimum because Flynn was also full of crap with his 'storyline'. The judge clearly decided he would have sold the shares immediately and saying otherwise casts a shadow over his honesty and integrity. My guess is any back room discussions where warning Flynn not to push his luck. All IMO of course, but I like the way the judge found the judgement she did
