However your description seems to be the same for any small cap ASX company I've seen. The BOD are always pretending to do things for the SH, but reality is, they do it for a pay packet and free shares. Flynn didn't trust them for a reason. When the coal industry went sour, they looked after themselves and pushed him out.
When PPK went crazy they took the glory with all the news articles and investment webcasts. But they don't want to take responsibility for the current SP at all.
